Only send us your gun if you have discussed and agreed this with us in advance.
To save your self costs and the doctor too, ensure the parcel is as light as possible. Remove all unnecessary accessories ie scope, mounts, silencer and if possible the stock too, but please check with me as sometimes we do need the stock. If you need the magazine checked etc, please enclose it along with the gun. (We accept no responsibility for any accessories sent in with the gun).
Use a robust box as damage can occur to your property in the post. (We accept no responsibility for damage to your property before receipt)
Pack it well – wrap the gun well to protect it, pack the box out to ensure the gun / contents cannot move about. Pay particular attention to vulnerable parts ie exposed gauges, trigger blade, muzzle/barrel end, stock etc (We accept no responsibility for damage to your property before receipt)
Tell me who you are – include in the box a short note telling me your name, address, daytime contact telephone number, email address if you have one and what we agreed in terms of work, for example a full service.

Terms of Repair or Service
We will agree in advance or we will contact you to agree the work to be done and cost, when we have diagnosed the problem or service required.
If you decide not to go ahead a handling fee/ return carriage charge will be made prior to the return of the gun.
If you decide to go ahead a payment by debit/credit card is required for work to commence including return carriage and VAT or an alternate method of payment can be agreed at the initial discussion if it better meets your needs.
We will recycle all packaging where possible to save environmental and financial costs for us all.
